Who we are
Polo Performance DXB is operated by My Success Body Personal Sport Coaching Services, a sole establishment. For website and privacy enquiries, email info@poloperformancedxb.com.
Website email signup
When you use the newsletter signup form, we collect your email address, optional first name, the consent wording you accepted, signup time and form source. We use this information to send the free newsletter, including training advice and occasional program updates. The consent box is unticked by default. You can unsubscribe using the link in our marketing emails or contact info@poloperformancedxb.com to request access, correction or deletion.
Email service and other links
MailerLite processes signup information and delivers confirmation and marketing emails for Polo Performance DXB. Signup information is transferred to MailerLite and may be processed outside your country. We retain it while you subscribe or need the requested notification, subject to suppression records needed to respect an unsubscribe. A session value may store campaign parameters in your browser; this form does not send those parameters. The former Foundation signup keeps its separate consent record. External Hip Protocol and private-coaching application pages have their own collection flows. Vercel hosts this website and processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and server logs, to operate and secure the service. These providers may process data outside the UAE. We do not sell your newsletter contact information.
Your choices and requests
You can withdraw newsletter consent at any time using the unsubscribe link. You can also contact info@poloperformancedxb.com to request information about your personal data, a copy, correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required by law or to respect your unsubscribe request.
